We study a phase transition in 3d N=4 SQED with multiple hypermultiplets and draw lessons to describe phase transitions in terms of the resurgence theory.
We show that the order of (some class of) phase transitions is determined by how saddles collide at the critical point and that it can be decoded purely from a perturbative series.
In particular, second-order phase transitions are understood as phenomena where a Stokes and an anti-Stokes phenomenon co-occur.
