In this talk, Prof. Wang will introduce the general research activities in School of Nuclear Science and Technology, Lanzhou University, and also the National Laboratory of Heavy Ion Accelerator(HIRFL)---- Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Science. At the same time, some general information on Chinese high education system and other academic agencies, grand channels, international collaboration opportunities, new projects on nuclear and atomic energy in China etc. information will be also given.
