The venue of the school is Hotel Akadémia Mátrafüred (https://www.mtaudulok.hu/matrafured-hotel-akademia/). This venue also provides accomodation with breakfast included, at a decent price. Please indicate in the registration form which room type you choose:
(A) No room to be reserved by the organizers.
(B) Single room for 1 person (29000Ft/room/night incl breakfast).
(C) Shared room used by 1 person (29000Ft/room/night incl breakfast).
(D) Shared room for 2 person (32000Ft/room/night incl breakfast).
(E) Shared room for 3 person (42000Ft/room/night incl breakfast).
(F) Family appartment with 2 bedrooms (60000Ft/appartment/night incl breakfast).
[Important: There is a discount of 40% for members of the "public body" (köztestület) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.]
Catering options:
(I) No catering booked by the organizers.
(II) Three-course lunch to be booked by the organizers (4600Ft/meal).
(III) Two-course dinner to be booked by the organizers (4200Ft/meal).
(IV) Both of above to be booked by the organizers (4600+4200Ft/day).
