The registration fee for onsite participation on the workshop and the symposium will cover a part of the organizational costs related to the conference room, technique and catering. The registration fee for onsite participation will be 450 EUR.
The registration fee will be 250 EUR for students. The students can apply for the support of Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) by submitting their accepted abstract and letter from their adviser to muon2024@lanl.gov . If selected, conference fee will be payed by LANL.
The registration fee for onsite participation includes:
- 3 lunches,
- 7 coffee breaks,
- reception (finger food and beverages).
The registration fee for remote participation will be 150 EUR for everyone to cover the costs of streaming equipment (2 directional voice and video) and operators.
Exhibitors are requested to pay a fee of 50 EUR to cover the extra space, equipment and energy (table, chairs, stand, electricity, etc.). The number of exhibitors is limited to 10.
Registration fee for the onsite participation in the School will be 100 EUR. This fee includes:
- 2 lunches,
- 3 coffee breaks.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations made before 1 April 2026 the registration fee will be fully reimbursed. After this date no refund is possible.
Registration fee after early Registration Deadline: Early Registration Fee +100 EUR
Participants can pay via bank transfer.
