Prior to your departure for Hungary, please check passport and visa requirements in due time. Hungary is a member state of the European Union and has signed the Schengen Agreement.

Arrival by plane:

The nearest airport is Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport.

Local Transport: 

For Public transportation in Budapest, we suggest to use the Budapest GO app.

Single tickets (valid for one ride)

Travelcards (valid for one or more days) 

Take bus 100E from Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport to Deák Ferenc Tér, then transfer to metro line M2 toward Déli Pályaudvar that is located a few minutes walk from the conference venue.

Alternatively, you can use the Minibus - the official airport shuttle service provider for Budapest Airport to reach the city: miniBUD
