The students can apply for the support of Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) by submitting their accepted abstract and letter from their adviser to muon2024@lanl.gov . If selected, conference fee will be payed by LANL.
The recommended format of support letter:
The support letter does not need to follow a strict format, but it should briefly confirm your academic status and your supervisor’s support for your participation. It would be helpful if the letter includes:
- your current academic position (e.g., MSc/PhD student),
- a short statement on the relevance of your research or interests to the workshop,
- a brief recommendation or endorsement of your participation.
A short letter (approximately half to one page) signed by your supervisor, is sufficient.
