Talks:
The talks will be scheduled as follows: 15 minutes for regular contributions and 20 minutes for keynote contributions, including time for questions. We suggest allocating approximately 12 minutes (or 17 minutes for keynote talks) for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for discussion.
For all speakers, we recommend preparing your slides in Acrobat (PDF) format to ensure that your presentation is displayed correctly. During the sessions, all talks will be presented from a laptop provided by the local organizers; the use of personal laptops will not be possible.
Please upload your presentation to the workshop Indico page no later than the evening before your scheduled talk. Alternatively, you may send your file to us by email, and we will upload it to Indico on your behalf.
Posters:
We ask that all posters are prepared in a regular fashion, in standard A0 format and portrait orientation (Width=841mm, Height=1189mm). Please upload your poster to the workshop indico page, in Acrobat (PDF) format, before the start of the workshop, such that participants have time to browse through all contributions before the poster session. Alternatively, you may send your file to us by email, and we will upload it to Indico on your behalf.
It will be possible to print the poster near the conference venue. We recommend rcontact https://rcontact.hu/plakat-es-poszter/ which is located at Széll Kálmán square in the Mammut I. building. at the 3rd floor restaurant level, next to the parking garage entrance.
