NINMACH 2017 locations
The conference will take place at the headquarters of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, located in the downtown of Budapest, next to the river Danube (Széchenyi István square 9, Budapest, H-1051). This building can be reached by bus No. 105 or bus No. 16 from the Deák Ferenc square or by 15 minutes walk from the same place. See the map below.
The scientific programme will be organized in the Nagyterem.
The poster session and the welcome coctail will be in the Krúdy-terem on 11th October (Wednesday).
The coffee breaks will be held in the Krúdy-terem.
Conference dinner will take place in the Márványmenyasszony Restaurant (Márvány str. 6, Budapest, H-1012) in the evening of 12th October (Thursday). This restaurant is situated some corners to the Mecure Budapest Buda Hotel and can be reached by some minutes walk from the bus stop Győri Utca of bus No.105. See the map below.
Post-conference visits on the 13th October
Participants of the post-conference visit to the Budapest Neutron Centre (29-33 Konkoly-Thege Miklós str., Budapest, H-1121) will be transported by bus.
Participants of the post-conference visit to the Hungarian National Museum will travel to the Museum by public transport (bus No. 15 or 115).
Traveling to Budapest by plane to the Liszt Ferenc International Airport
Bus line 100E provides passenger service between Liszt Ferenc International Airport and Deák Ferenc tér in the city centre. A special fare applies: the “Airport shuttle bus single ticket” for the price of 900 Hungarian Forints is required for each trip. Only the 900 HUF “Airport shuttle bus single ticket” is accepted or travel, no other types of tickets or passes are valid (Adults 65+ and children under 6 years of age travel for free.) The Airport shuttle bus single ticket is available at all BKK customer service centres, ticket offices and ticket vending machines. Bus lines 200E and 900 continue to operate as usual and require a valid ticket or pass (but the “Airport shuttle bus single ticket” is not accepted!).

Budapest public transport tickets can be purchased at the Airport, in underground stations or on the bus (with surcharge). Single tickets cost 350 HUF, block of 10 tickets cost 3000 HUF, 72-hours Budapest Travel Card.
