Description

Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to a two-day workshop in honor of the 70th birthday of Prof. Tamás Sándor Biró. The event will bring together collaborators, colleagues, and former students to celebrate Tamás’s outstanding contributions to the field, as well as to foster scientific exchange in the spirit of their work. The workshop will feature a series of invited talks spanning the key research areas shaped and influenced by Prof. Biró over the decades.

Event Details
Dates:  11-12, June 2026.
Location: HUN-REN Wigner RCP

A gala dinner will be held on the evening of the first day, providing an opportunity for informal discussions and celebration in a relaxed setting (location to be announced).

We warmly encourage contributions from participants in the form of talks. If you are interested in presenting, please indicate this in your registration.

Further details regarding the program, venue, and logistical arrangements will follow in due course.

We sincerely hope you will be able to join us in celebrating this special occasion.
